Simply click BUY NOW on the appropriate product and you'll be taken through to our booking site where you can choose a date and time for your session.

If you are buying a gift voucher, you'll be emailed an e-voucher, or sent a printed voucher in the post. When the recipient is ready to book their session, they can choose a date and time via the bookings section of the Gift Voucher page.

Of course! - depending on the session booked, you can bring up to 3 guests with you to watch the experience.

Children under the age of 12 are unable to participate due to the nature of the Simulator *.  

A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times. We have a Safeguarding policy in place, and all of our instructors are DBS checked.

* Under certain circumstances, we may be able to allow younger children into the simulator, so please check with us.

Yes!  Our Simulator and briefing room is accessible by wheelchair and for those with limited mobility. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes!  You are very welcome to take photos and videos of your time in the simulator. We also encourage you to share them on social media!

Our Fixed Base A320 Simulator remains stationary throughout the session.  Despite the lack of physical movement, our state-of-the-art HD 220-degree visual system and dynamic sound environment create an immersive experience, often giving customers the sensation of actually being in flight.

Although our simulator is very realistic and versatile, it is not CAA certified and therefor can only be used for non-credited commercial training.
